BACKGROUND

Ellie Carr-Smith is an interdisciplinary Textile Designer, with Creative Design, Textile Print Production and Social Media Marketing experience.


In 2021 she graduated The Royal College of Art with an MA in Textiles and in 2017 gained a BA (Hons) in Product Design from The University of Edinburgh.

Ellie has exhibited her work around the UK, Design Exhibition Scotland, New Designers, BreezeFair and Edinburgh Playzone. While studying at the Royal College of Art, Ellie was awarded the Zoffany Visual Arts Award 2021, for her conscious approach to materials and inspiring art and design making methodologies.
